Thank you for being here. It is a brave and beautiful thing when you come to the other side of your fear and doubt and hesitation, and are ready to begin charting a new path. I’ve been there. It’s both terrifying and exhilarating at the same time. Take the time to savor this uncertainty; it has much to tell you, and more is always ready to be revealed.

In my work as a coach I have been incredibly privileged to witness remarkable transformations for my clients. They were already smart, creative, passionate and brave; and together we rediscovered all the ways this was true and how they could craft a life that felt natural, purposeful and full of joy to them.

My mission is to help self-aware women who are determined to come alive. They are often on the brink of change. They can feel it, but they don’t know where to start. They need some clarity, insight, and tools to help them on their way. It’s never my job to tell them THE WAY, it is only to share the things I’ve learned so they can find their own. That’s where happiness and fulfillment are found: in making YOUR way.

In coaching we work together to reconnect you to your truest self (your center, your core, your sweet spot, your inner jazz hands) so you can bring all you’ve got to offer to the party. And yes, by “party” I mean YOUR LIFE.  We work on understanding the fears & doubts that come up, and plot a path that leads to a life you’ll be proud of, write songs about, & generally feeling like celebrating with a trip to Sizzler. A more confident, self-assured, & joyful you is just around the corner… Are you ready?

• a pre-session check-in full of colorful questions designed to give us a head-start on our work together
• a 1 hour phone session where we dig deep, dislodge blocks, and map out next steps
• tools & resources to help build on your ah-ha!s & carry them forward into the real world
• email support between phone sessions

Single Session :: 1 hr. over the phone

I understand that most often the amazing, passionate, inspiring women who would most benefit from working with me are the exact same ones that cannot easily afford to do so, right now. Three Session Pack :: Momentum Builds Good Things…

Once you’ve started down your right path and are feeling the FLOW you never want it to stop! To help keep the good mojo going you can purchase a three session pack: three weeks of 1hr. over-the-phone coaching sessions with one “process week” mixed in for you to deepen, investigate & practice your new tools. By investing in 3 sessions up front you save over my normal hourly rate. Bonus!
